Politique de remboursement
You can request a return or exchange for one or more products by contacting us within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Are returns free ?
- Returns and Exchanges are free in France.
Europe and International orders, the returns costs are your responsibility * (excluding defective items). Please note that only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.
For returns we recommend Colissimo. We strongly advise that you send your return to us using a registered, trackable service, with signature and with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel should get lost.
Please send us an email at email@example.com to notice us you return your items, with your order number, and tracking number of your shipping back.
* Did you pay for your order with PayPal? PayPal will reimburse you the cost of returns:
1. Activate the Return costs reimbursed service.
2. Log in to your PayPal account, click on the link "Benefit from reimbursed return costs" and attach all the requested documents.
3. If the request is validated, Paypal will refund you within 10 days, to your PayPal account.

Returning Items From Outside the EU
When returning items from outside the EU please be sure to include 'Returns' clearly at the top of the address and declare the goods as returns to the courier/postal service. This will prevent your return being delayed by French customs, allowing us to process it faster.

Exchanges are free in France. Contact us to arrange an exchange: email@example.com
and provide us with a replacement size and/or color from those available.
We will send you a free return label. We will then hold the new item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
Will you reimburse me for the shipping costs if I return an item?
In the event of a return, the shipping costs are your responsibility *. However, we will reimburse the costs if the product has a defect. In this case, contact our customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org
* Did you pay for your order with PayPal? PayPal will reimburse you the cost of returns. For more information on the procedure to follow, please return to the question "Are returns free? ".
In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the item is free in Europe and the cost of sending the new item is also our responsibility.
Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately issue your refund and send you an email confirmation.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used. We do not refund the shipping fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and underwear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
